Salary: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilites

• Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing insurance documentation as requested.
• Responding to queries, problem solving, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention.
• Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.
• Developing relationships and working with Carriers and Brokers to create the insurance portfolio/protection/plan clients need.
• Working closely with producers to lay the groundwork for sales presentations and proposals.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty License Required.
• 1+ years Commercial Lines experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in computers and technology, AMS360 experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
